Castanea Sativa
Our chestnut honey is collected by bees from areas with plenty of chestnut trees (Castanea sativa). Its colour varies from amber to dark amber with green flecks, floral and woody aroma, and sweet taste with salty and sour tones.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with legumes, salads, hummus and rabbit dishes.
