Our eucalyptus honey is collected from lands with plenty of eucalyptus (eucaliptus s.p.). It is an amber colour with green flecks. It has an intense and persistent aroma of wet wood, and sweet taste with acidic and salty tones.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with herbal teas, bread, oily fish dishes or soused fish dishes.
