Erica s.p.
Our heather honey is collected by bees from fields of heather (Erica s.p.). It is a dark amber colour with red flecks. It has an intense and persistent floral aroma of autumn leaves, humus, wild mushrooms . And it has a sweet taste with characteristic salty and sour tones.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with bread drizzled with olive oil, pork dishes and chutneys.
