Lavandula vera
Our lavender honey is collected by bees from lavender fields (Lavandula vera). It is a light amber colour. It has a characteristic intense and persistent lavender aroma, and sweet taste with acidic notes.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with herbal teas, shellfish, anchovies and bread.
