Citrus s.p.
Our raw orange honey is collected by bees from lands that have mainly orange blossom (Citrus s.p.). Its colour is very light amber. It has an intense and persistent floral aroma. And a sweet taste with strong acidic tones. Raw honey is bottled crystallised without heat.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with warm milk, herbal teas, fresh cheeses, anchovies, duck stews and soft ice creams.
