Rosmarinus Officinalis
Our raw rosemary is honey collected by bees from the fields of wild rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis). Its colour varies from white to light amber. The aroma is intense but mild. It has a sweet taste with acidic tones. Raw honey is bottled crystallised without heat.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with green leaf salads, fresh cheeses, yogurts, fruit, cod or lamb.
