Our thousand flowers honey is collected by bees, from a variety of different flowers. Its colour varies from light to dark amber. It has a floral intense aroma, and sweet taste with salty or acidic tones.
This honey is great as a sweetener for drinks, as an ingredient for your dishes, sauces etc… It combines well with dairy products, fruit, bread and confectionery products, for dressings, and sauces for meat or fish dishes.
